The house is spacious, 170 m, three air-conditioned bedrooms, eight beds and a terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea. Also the center is 50 m with small shops, excellent restaurants and bars. The accommodation The sandy beach at 50 m with shallow waters Roof terrace overlooking the sea, with beach loungers to relax in the sun or read a book in the shade of the gazebo. Three spacious bedrooms with hooks closets. At only 50 m all services: beaches, bars, markets and restaurant. Everything within walking distance. Wifi is with fiber, ideal home for smart working. Parking is in front of the house in the public street beyond that 200 m there is a guarded outdoor car park active in the summer months. The house is 50 metres from a fantastic beach and full town amenities. The house, however, was not particularly clean - the kitchen utensils were greasy and the toilets smelled of urine. The photos have either been digitally enhanced or were taken a long time ago. The small kitchen terrace was extremely run down and more a storage area for bins than a pleasant place to dine. There was furniture missing from the first floor terrace. We were also requested to pay for bed linen and towels which was not listed on VRBO - the agent removed the charge when I queried it. The bed sheets that were provided were very old and thin. Torre Santa Sabina is a great place to holiday and the house could be lovely if it was being maintained properly. ##### Julie T. Die Bilder sind stark bearbeitet, wodurch die Unterkunft moderner und vor allem viel heller wirkt, als sie ist. Wir haben uns leider nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Bis zum Meer sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg, allerdings ist Torre Santa Sabina kein schöner Ort, der zum Ausgehen oder Verweilen einlädt. ##### Isabelle T. Le logement est adapté pour un séjour en famille et entre amis. La plage est au bout de la rue, ce qui est vraiment top. La terrasse est très bien aussi, il faut juste passer par la salle de bain pour y aller. Seul petit bémol c'est la pression de l'eau pour l'évacuation des toilettes du rez-de-chaussée. Un accueil vraiment chaleureux avec toutes les explications utiles pour que le séjour se passe bien. La communication avec l'agence est vraiment super et nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir une bouteille de vin, des petits gâteaux et une grande bouteille d'huile d'olive en cadeau. La maison est spacieuse avec de grandes chambres climatisées. Nous avons pu profiter de la très grande terrasse pour boire l'apéritif.
