Relax with the whole family at this peaceful paradise just a few blocks from the beach. The home is centrally located on the island, you can be in both downtown Carolina Beach or Kure Beach in under a five minutes, easily walkable to the beach, area restaurants and the Carolina Beach Greenway. The home is well appointed to assure that you have all the beach & home essentials needed to make this the perfect getaway! This is a brand new home, you have access to the entire 1813 square foot home (the left side of the unit) as well as the carport area (which can fit up to 3 vehicles), the outside grill and chill area, as well as the backyard and locked guest storage closet for beach gear or bikes. You will have the following items to help you feel at home:
4 beach chairs
2 small coolers
1 beach wagon (all beach items are located in the guest storage closet in the carport area).
1 roll of paper towels
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
garbage bags
dishsoap
dishwasher pods
laundry pods
hand soap

Sheets for all beds
one towel/wash cloth per guest
hand towels for bathroom and kitchen
