Lake Tahoe - A Year-Round Paradise!

Our rustic vacation home with remodeled kitchen is centrally located between Tahoe City and Carnelian Bay, about a mile from the lake, with easy access to hiking trails and close to all ski resorts for winter stays. Ample space for all! Natural light throughout makes this an ideal place to enjoy!

(Please note that there are multiple levels with open staircases. Regretfully, but with safety in mind, it is not suitable for those with accessibility needs, including children under age 4.)

Our home is three levels, with ample space to be together and also for a quiet area to read or enjoy the mountain air. We have four bedrooms with brand new beds, two baths, living area, two recreation nooks and an enclosed sun porch. There are televisions (cable) with Blu-Ray DVD players on each level. Wifi is available.

Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire home, including washer and dryer.

Other things to note:
Linens and towels are provided.

Garbage must be emptied in the secured bear-proof garbage shed in the driveway throughout your stay.

Refrigerator/freezer should be emptied upon leaving. Dishwasher should be run prior to departure.

Due to location, no outdoor grills or fire pits are allowed by Placer County regulation We have a gas BBQ for your use, but please be prepared to provide propane.
