It is a well equipped house and we really like the fireplace in the "great" room as well as in the master bedroom (for the latter though, hopefully the management company will find the remote control, as it is better with it). We also really enjoy the hot tub - great placement and views from it. Parking for two cars is easy in the driveway (and you can fit an additional car in their garage if need be). The view is stunning and the hot tub is one of the nicest I've seen at a rental. We were three couples in our 30s/40s and the house was perfect for hanging out and cooking meals. For sleeping arrangements one couple slept in twins. The queen bed in the other bedroom (not the master) looked more like a full bed. I think the rental would be perfect for two couples and their kids. We hope to stay again! ##### Katie S. A strong snow storm had preceded our visit by a week so it would have been appreciated if the front walkway had been more substantially cleared of snow and ice. The rear walkway was actually dangerous, especially walking with luggage. I spent 2 hours improving the conditions the next day.The jacuzzi was great and the view of the Lake spectacular. The kitchen is under-furnished with subpar dish-ware, considering the price. I wonder why the lesser houses on the street have snow service while we shovel the walkway to get in and out of the house and into the room downstairs. The barbecue was unusable upon arrival as the deck had not been shoveled and only worsened with New Year's Eve snow. Interesting to watch the other rental houses walks and decks cleared of snow. We had such a wonderful time spending the week at this home. We had 8 adults total, four parents and four 22 year old boys. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed to cook for the hungry group. The hot tup was amazing in the evenings with the stars so visible above. The beds were very comfortable and fans were provided in every room to place in the windows at night. Though there was no a/c in the house the fans in the windows at night cooled everything off nicely. The only thing we didn't know about was the bunkhouse room is a separate entrance on the first floor, not connected to the house. This worked out perfect for us as the boys have lived in dorms and frat houses together for years but I would be reluctant to put small children down there alone. If this is a concern the master upstairs suite is huge and has a separate office area where kids could sleep together, I did see an air mattress in one of the closets. An all inclusive price is always appreciated. Also for $400/night firewood should be included because it’s expensive at the store by the bundle and cheap by the cord.
