Beautiful tree views with a peek of the lake from the deck, gas grill. Tile entry, bedroom with 2 singles, laundry, 1/2 bath, kitchen counter stools, dining table for 4, and sofabed in living room. Gas fireplace and TV/DVD/VHS. Upstairs, lofted bedroom with King bed, TV, and 3/4 bath. Pool and spas open all summer. Spas open summer and winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall. | High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is not guaranteed. Parking is limited to 3 spaces. Carnelian Bay is centrally located between Truckee, North Shore and West Shore. This townhouse is so homey and very pleasant with a good amount of light, but still plenty of trees and privacy. So quiet!!! Nice clean kitchen and bathrooms. The upstairs bed was very comfy, but one of the downstairs beds was a little saggy. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place! We visited in mid-June 2024\. The complex, the condo, and the location are great! So close to a public beach (rocks, but we used chairs so it was fine)! Also, it was really nice to have the kitchen include basic condiments (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) so that we did not have to bring all these things from home or buy new ones we would only use a couple of times. We stay in a condo at Lake Tahoe every summer and this is our favorite. This did create some problems coming in and out for a few days otherwise we would stay again. Also management did offer to relocate us but the proximity of this property to the beach and restaurant is ideal. ##### Jerry E.
