The hotel has a modern look when you step inside. The rooms are more up to date than other Hilton hotels around which is good. The front desk Gal was pleasant when I checked in and during my stay. The gentlemen was nice. There was a rainstorm so water was leaking through the window. I informed the gentleman at the front desk about the leak and he offered towels cause there wasn’t anything he could. I stayed up late packing since it was my last night I had to leave at 5am. We had several issues while staying here from them losing power and not having a backup generator to the elevator nor work to no hot water. Internet not working so not able to watch tv. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was a smell immediately upon opening the door, there were water stains in the ceiling, pieces of hair in the bathroom and marks on the walls. When asked to see another room, the main door of the room wouldn't shut.
