"The room was fine overall but they use shams on top of pillows and the texture is not comfortable. Description of what’s anround the hotel on hotels.com was not accurate. No breakfast and very few amenities. There was no shampoo for example and very cheap soap . Only coffee in the room. For the price (kind of high) it’s a very basic motel. The restaurant next door (Snake River grill) had very good fresh fish ."

"We enjoyed our brief layover in Hagerman at the Red House on our way back east to Colorado. The cottage is well appointed and comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities in particular. Nice renovation."

"While I would love to give this a 5 star review, I cannot. The check in process was perfect. It was just my husband and I and we had a fantastic time. The only downside was the AC unit. The big one was broken and all that there was to cool off the home was a small window AC unit and 2 box fans. The fans just blew around hot air.When we got there I want to say the home was between 80-85 degrees inside. We brought food to cook on the stove and in the oven and absolutely would have changed our minds if we knew the AC unit was down. Cooking door made it hotter in there and we had a very hard time sleeping while we were there. The host mentioned that the note they had on their main platform about the AC unit didn’t move over to this platform. While I understand technology doesn’t do everything it should sometimes, they could have verified that everything transferred over the way it should have. Or messaged me directly to inform me of the AC unit breakdown. Overall we had an amazing stay. The home was clean, bathrooms were clean, property was gorgeous. Hot tub was amazing (at night). Only downside was that it was 105 while we were up there and the small AC unit did close to nothing for cooling the whole house."
