"Clean room, great Staff and plenty of Parking/ Just one thing...even though property is far from the RailRoad Hudson River and up on the hill the Train horns are lound all time."

"I booked two beds and got there to discover we had one king and a sofa bed which you could feel the springs on. Even the manager said that the sofa wasn’t for sleeping, just for sitting. There was certainly ample space in the room for another bed. And the king was against a different wall than the tv was facing so they must have moved the bed for some unknown reason so we could only see the tv in profile. We would have distracted ourselves with the view but alas we also opened our shade to find out we were behind the entrance marquee. "

"Location is nice, very quiet area. The hotel is clean but terribly outdated."

"The food and the service was a 20 out 10 highly recommend. We had a graduation dinner there and every food item was fresh, delicious and fingerlicking good."

"The staff, Eric, was incredibly rude to both myself and any guest I saw him interact with. They were without hot water when I arrived in the afternoon and there was still no hot water the next morning. I requested that they cancel the rest of my days and refund me for those days as I did not want to continue staying somewhere with no hot water. Eric told me he couldn't do that and acted like us guests were fools for expecting hot water at a hotel we paid to stay at. Luckily my partner convinced Eric he could do something about it. They let me down but hotels.com never lets me down and they helped take care of everything for me. Also, I looked at reviews after the fact and there were plenty of reviews from a month ago also talking about this hotel not having hot water."
