Although the unit sleeps 4 there is only a kitchen table for 2\. The kitchen is well equipped but it could use a cutting board and a cork screw. The toilet tissue provided was a partial roll and 1 full roll for 4 adults for 5 nights so we purchased more.The TV was very good with plenty of choices. Location for access to shopping and attractions was good although the neighborhood wasn't too nice.All things considered, if you intend to cook, I would recommend this unit for a party of 2. ##### Vito M. When we arrived, housekeeping had not been done from the previous renters, so the beds were unmade, surfaces had not been disinfected, and there were wet towels in the bathroom and dirty dishes in the sink. We messaged the host and he both replied and refunded our money immediately, so with that we felt okay doing the cleaning ourselves. There were fresh linens in the closets and fresh towels in the closets, and cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. Since everything was easy to find, we just took care of it. Aside from that, and the loud dog next door, it's a cute apartment with a full-size kitchen including most of the basics for cooking (bring your own salt, there isn't any!), great hot water, good off-street parking situation, located conveniently for a day-trip to Carlsbad Caverns. ##### yarrow k.
