Hotel was great, staff were helpful. Room was great value, clean and well maintained across my stay. Would stay again

My stay in an all-female room with four beds was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The noise from the street was a bit much, especially the neighborhood dog that barked at different hours of the night (should have brought my ear plugs). It was Halloween night, so this was probably the reason. Be prepared to go up and down multiple flights of stairs. The all-female bathrooms were clean and spacious as where the showers, but it was impractical to go down a flight of stairs to get there. I was told new bathrooms will be installed on the second floor. The reception area needs an aesthetic revamp. I was able to leave my luggage in a secure area after checking out, this was a plus for me. A bus stop and convenience store is less than half a block away (another plus). It took me 20 to 25 minutes to walk to the Molly Malone statue, which IMO wasn't too bad. Don't lose your key card or you'll be charged $20. The staff was great. I would probably stay there again in the future.

Super tiny room with only one exit from the bed so my husband had to crawl over me to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Barely any room to move around in the room. Felt like we were in an overnight train car. The TV also didn’t work we couldn’t connect our Netflix to it no matter what we did. Nice lobby and easy check in. Only stayed 2 nights but the staff were great.
