Really well located with off-street parking, in a quiet, safe-feeling, easy to find estate a couple of minutes from the motorway. House is comfortable, generally very clean and spacious enough for the family. Tiny bit of damp on the bathroom ceiling and a couple of minor maintenance issues, none of which negatively impacted our stay but makes the property a 9/10 rather than a perfect ten. The host assures me that he's aware though and they are in hand. He gave me no reason to doubt that. On that note, it's a full 10/10 for the host, who was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive and assisted in ensuring we had a happy stay. If back in the area anytime soon we'd be very happy to stay again.

Good location for us being equidistant to university and family home also very near Motorway and Lidl and Tesco. Clean comfortable beds very quiet area.

Fantastic stay!

Thank you Jeremy and Charlotte for a wonderful stay! The team said the house was clean, parking was great (which for us in a van is a deal breaker!) Any time we needed anything from the hosts they responded promptly and were really kind! We are hoping to come back to the area next year so will look to use the property again! Thank you very much!
