"More expensive than alternatives, but in our opinion, well worth the cost. The staff did whatever they could to make our stay the best it could be, and the venue is old, but VERY well-kept and updated! Very quiet. We'll be back! "

"The staff was polite, attentive, and helpful. We used the valet parking, and they were helpful and fast (though at times they did have a lot more to handle for the number of people on staff). The room was spotless, the furniture (including the bed) was updated and comfortable, and it was also very quiet, day and night. There were several restaurant venues on-site; we only tried one, and it was excellent and reasonable. A very comfortable and short walk under the streets to our Mayo appointment made the stay complete. We'll be back!"

"If convenience is a luxury then this hotel is 5 star even if overall it could use a little modernization and lipstick. It has easy parking, is attached to a pedestrian skyway to the Mayo hub center and easy to reach by uber from the airport."

"Clean, smells good, beds are comfy, breakfast is average but free, walkable to Mayo buildings but also has shuttles, the Twigs restaurant is fantastic (try the garlic sauce walley!)! We stay here regularly and have never had a complaint. I did share a few minor maintenance issues with the front desk for our specific room this time, but those issues did not hurt our satisfaction with this hotel... it's a great place to stay! :)"

"The breakfast was super, i loved how there was 24 hr access to the pool. The only downfall was they had some kinda water issue or something on the 2nd floor. But i get it stuff happens"

"Nice place. Not great. Not bad either. Could use some minor maintenance & upkeep throughout. Connected to the skyway. Pool and hot tub are smaller but decent. Decent value. Pillows were uncomfortable. Bed ok(ish). Room decent. Staff was friendly."
