Located 50 minutes from Toulouse, at the foot of the old citadel of Carla Bayle, the Residence l'Oustal del Carlat offers comfortable holiday homes from 2 to 4 bedrooms with terrace.   
  
House 2 bedrooms with kitchen (appliances including dishwasher), living room with corner sofa, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, a master bedroom with bed 160cm and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Private terrace with furniture.   
  
Free closed parking / free Wifi.  
  
Heated infinity pool (late April to October, weather permitting) with paddling pool for the little ones.  
BBQ area available.  
  
Accessible on foot: Carla Bayle Lake Recreation Center with restaurant, mini golf, children's games, tennis, climbing, basketball court, beach volleyball, pedalo rental, ...

il me parait important de préciser qu'il manque beaucoup de précisions sur cette résidence.Maisons et espaces verts défraichis. Bien qu'elle soit située dans une région chaude en été, pas de climatisation même pas un ventilateuril n'est pas indiqué que les véhicules restant sur le parking il faut effectuer la montée, ou descente d'une pente assez raide pour accéder aux logements avec un manque d'éclairage sur une partie du parcours la nuit.Il est impératif de prévenir les personnes à mobilité réduite d'éviter ce lieu.

#### Mooie omgeving , ontgoocheld over verblijf

De advertentie is niet up to date. Hanteren andere tarieven dan in advertentie en je moet voor vele zaken bijbetalen. Oa voor het wassen van kleren .. is niet in het huisjes zelf. Bij de incheck is er geen rondleiding… moet je borg betalen … dus binnen de 24h moet je alles opgemerkt en gaan zeggen hebben. Uitcheck blind… dus doen wat ze willen met je borg… De attractie op het meer is bijbetalen. De omgeving is wel prachtig en mooie uitstappen/ marktjes.

Points positifs: Les terrain de sport pour les enfants. Propreté des lieux Livraison de pains Bon restaurant au village Nombreuses possibilités d’activités aux alentours. Pour les grands et les petits. La piscine Espace bien sécurisé Points négatifs: Salle de bain trop petite Manque de matériel et vaisselle de cuisine Literie de pas très bonne qualité Environnement très bruyant la journée et la nuit. ( lac) Pas vraiment de terrasse extérieure. ( dépend des locations) Deux transats pour quatre personnes. Une seule clef par location.
