When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team."" The only thing my husband didn’t like is the key system because you leave the key at the front desk but he didn’t feel it was safe because he felt anyone could just walk up and say they are in our room, they didn’t validate that the key was ours. BUT besides that the room was lovely, staff were friendly and we had a blast! Loved having the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of a hotel. Staff were very nice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We recommended it to people we met that were not staying at the hotel. We especially loved the fish and the "live cooking" pasta. The only negative was that there were not a lot of pool chairs so they filled up quickly but that makes sense for the size of the hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
