"Visited during rainy season. Fabulous views, staff, bed, linen, pillows, AC, pool, outside over-the-water restaurant/bar, & beach area. Room w/broken sliding door. Recommend: replace room curtains, deep cleaning floor into corners, sweep bugs (lots of flies). Honors jubalido (resident senior discount). "

"Cool hotel to stay with children. There's a playground with jump place and different table games on the site. The room has a small kitchenette with coffee maker and refrigerator and table. It's very confortable and spacious and you have a balcony to spend your time enjoying a mountain or river view. If I go to Boquete again, I'll stay in this hotel again."

"We had a short but wonderful stay! The two concierges, Sergio and Stephanie could not have been more friendly and welcoming and both were extremely helpful in addressing every question and need we had. When we arrived, there was an issue with our room but they quickly addressed it offering a free upgrade and amenities to ensure our stay was as good if not better than what we had originally planned. "Arriving at night during rainfall, it was difficult to find the reception. We eventually did, but the receptionist wasn’t there at the moment. Once we found her she was very kind and helpful. Food at the restaurant is wonderful. Couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV. As part of the location, it’s very naturally beautiful; however, the fog and rain made it more difficult to enjoy. We would be willing to try staying here (during dry season)."
