"The property is absolutely beautiful, with clear attention to detail in its design and aesthetics every corner feels thoughtfully curated and picture perfect. The food was enjoyable overall, which definitely added to the experience. However, the service at the specialty restaurants left something to be desired. The staff did not come across as particularly welcoming, and at times it felt as though our presence was an inconvenience. Overall, we had a good stay. That said, if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere with engaging entertainment, this may not be the best choice, as entertainment options were very limited."

"We had the most amazing stay at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort Adults Only. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and truly luxurious. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, the food was consistently delicious, and there were so many great amenities to enjoy throughout the The nightly entertainment—it was so fun, lively, and something we looked forward to. The staff is consistently energetic and immersed the guests! Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing but also fun adults-only getaway. Lastly, all inclusive doesn’t mean you don’t tip the staff. Remember all you have, be grateful, and do the right thing when they provide you with proper service. Enjoy! "

"The resort is run down and workers informed us that it would be closed in a year. I could’ve had better quality at a motel 6. I’d rate it negative 5 stars if I could. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO STAY ON THE RESORT THE ENTIRE TIME. Staff are rude and miserable, we desperately tried to switch to a different RIU resort to no avail. No air conditioning for 3/5 days, staff lie straight to your face. This place is an absolute joke. We switched rooms 3 times. None of them were great. "
