"The hotel was very clean. Rooms were very big and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pools were big and inviting. Water activities were available and we used them numerous times. The water park was an added bonus. There was plenty of delicious food. Bartenders Morris, Latoya, and of course Lensurd who went were always ready to pour a drink. Bartenders choice drinks were so good and the garnishes created were a true work of art. Whitney from the aqua pool was amazing. Constantly checking on us and asking how our day was going. She became a friendly face we looked forward to seeing daily. Charmaine from the excursions was another person we enjoyed stopping to talk with daily. Cheerful and smiling. Very friendly face. She took the time to show my child a Jamaican handshake that he is so excited to teach his friends. Our butlers: Davel and Carl. There are so many good things to say about both of you. They made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. They worked their magic to make sure we had the most wonderful experience possible. They are definitely the best! Nights entertainment was always a good time. We stayed 8 nights so got to see all the shows. They were all very different but very enjoyable. Amazing dancers and entertainers. Shout out to Jamaican Tours who got us to the hotel and back to the airport safely and as quickly as possible. Highly recommend the Princess Grand to anyone traveling to Jamaica. Amazing food, drinks, hospitality and views!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would gladly recommend it to other families. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The luggage attendants were friendly and helpful, making a great first impression. We also loved the thoughtful welcome gifts—sand toys and balloons for the kids, and champagne and fresh fruit for the adults. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, and the grounds crew deserves recognition as well. The palm trees, gardens, and outdoor areas were beautifully cared for and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The golf carts made it easy to get around the large property, and the Family Selection pool was always clean and well stocked with towels. We also enjoyed the restaurants and found the food and service to be very good throughout our stay. A special thank you to our butler, Juan, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the resort's commitment to the environment. It was great to see recycling efforts and a focus on sustainability around the property. Most of the staff members were friendly and hardworking. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more employees speak at least basic English. At times, communication was difficult, which made getting information or assistance more challenging than it needed to be. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. We cannot wait to visit soon again."
