"El hotel es muy bueno, los rest a la carta Son muy buenos, la propiedad tiene algunas cosas por mantenimientos, pero en general bien, la liso as están bien mantenidas. No tienen transportación al aeropuerto Tienes q coordinar pero no fue la compañía recomendada es espectacular. Destination Services.. los servicios del spa no son muy económicos. Pero el personal de todo el hotel es increíblemente espectacular. Las bebidas son buenas marcas, El café te lo hacen al momento y es espectacular.. Lo recomiendo, estuve en el lado de adultos only, el otro lado no creo q es así . Por lo que vi ."

"My stay at Excellence Punta Cana was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. The service was warm and consistent, and the resort itself is peaceful, clean, and perfect for unwinding—especially as a solo traveler. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, the food and cocktails were great, and the beach and pool areas were stunning without ever feeling overcrowded. Overall, it was the perfect birthday getaway, and I’d definitely come back "

"We checked into the RIU republica with Dennis who was so sweet. When we got to our room we were in shock of the disgust. It was filthy. We immediately went to the front desk to ask for a manager to see if they would move us to RIU palace. Front desk said they can't help us we needed to call expedia. That's false they can always accommodate you if they want which we found out after when we saw Dennis again. By then we already contacted expedia and booked another resort."

"We just returned from 10 days at the Princess Grand Jamaica resort and it was Wonderful! We upgraded to the Platinum club and it was worth it. Our butlers, Dexter and Rahiem were so helpful, kind and caring that it made our trip extra special. We thoroughly enjoyed our swim out room and the Third Floor Pool. We tried most of the restaurants and they were tasty, but really enjoyed the food at the Platinum Club restaurant. The setting was beautiful and it was a relaxing vacation. We didn't utilize the family pool areas or the water park, but they looked fun for the families who were there. All in all we will absolutely be returning for future vacations!"
