"This was our second time visiting this resort. We enjoyed it so much our first time that we decided to return. Unfortunately our return visit wasn't as memorable. Lack of activities, no music be the pool, food was good but most of the time a miss. There wasn't any communication from the staff to make our stay more enjoyable. If it wasn't for the guests that we meet and made friends with it would have been a very boring experience. We had power issues with our room and management didn't do anything to make it right. The hospitality wasn't as friendly as previous."

"As soon as we arrived the hotel tried to upsell us on our already booked swim up room by telling us the room wasn't ready passed check out. Then they assigned us our own concerige who acknowledged we were celebrating our 5yr anniversary and promised us all things, which never came. Guest services rarely picks up. I had to walk to guest services to complain that our room wasn't being cleaned even though I had called several times. An item of clothes were stolen from our pool. The food at the steakhouse, pool bar, beach bar and French restaurant outstanding. The service of the wait staff was lovely. There is a huge language barrier. The service is highly inconsistent. Our swim pool was not cleaned till I complained. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel and it was expensive."
