"Overall, we loved the Fairmont. It's a beautiful hotel that's starting to show its age here and there. It's nothing that would keep us from returning but I hope managment is able to keep up with this gem. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. In fact ,for the most part, it was very clean inside. The pool deck, unfortunately, was always a bit dirty, but it could be due to the drought and lack of water to thoroughly clean. The grounds and landscaping were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went at the beginning of slow season so there were always lounge chairs. Enjoyable stay."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. All the meals were good. However you need to make reservations for the dinner and it's always booked. The rooms are a little out dated but we were barely in the room . One other thing sometimes it smelled of sewer."
