"I got stuck on the elevated the first day. I wanted my room decorated. It was my birthday. They couldn’t even do that. Every other review I stayed at was great."

"This resort was beautiful and had sooooo much to do. We traveled in a large group (11 total) and despite reaching out several week prior to our stay, the staff could have been a little more accommodating and helpful. Overall would definitely recommend and stay there again"

"With the exception of the room service team which took my order then send an email confirming delivery of said order, whilst not actually delivering the order (Resulting in me waiting around for no reason) the resort was good. Omar from the front desk was exceptional at his job and was extremely professional event with large groups processing for check in."

"Beautiful however the only 1 outlets in my room worked, so charging my phone, headphones and computerwas difficult. The shower head holder was broken, it kept falling off the wall. The television does not connect any apps and the Internet keeps going out. So I only gave it a four star because my room was difficult, but the rest of the property was beautiful."

"The price is great. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach was under a red flag the whole time, so no one was really getting in the water. You probably still can, but at your own risk. The pools are all only 4 ft deep, and the buffet food wasn’t the best. One good thing is that you don’t need reservations for any of the restaurants. I went with friends, and we got asked for ID multiple times since they don’t use bracelets there — apparently we all have baby faces 😂. Overall, it’s a very family-friendly resort, perfect if you’re looking for something peaceful and comfortable. Also there are only 4 slides in the water park"

"Staff is excellent, everyone will help you, from the bell boys to the cleaning personnel. Don't hesitate and ask. Luis at the Expedia counter was incredible, he promptly and efficiently helped us resolve an issue with our room and got us an upgrade."

"I had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana. The hotel was beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the overall atmosphere made the trip feel relaxing and fun from start to finish. Since it was all-inclusive, having food, drinks, and room service included made everything so convenient. The room service was great, and anytime we needed something cleaned or refreshed, housekeeping was quick and helpful. One thing that really stood out was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The staff was always kind and willing to help, and many people spoke English which made communication very easy. I also appreciated how the hotel helped with excursions and activities, which made planning things during the trip a lot less stressful. I especially want to thank Yeuris Hernández for being so helpful during our stay. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, he was professional, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Punta Cana and would love to come back again."
