"Parking is a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. It is confusing the first time you do it. The hotel room was nice and big but it is outdated. Needs a full remodel. Everything was clean. No pool on the property, and breakfast was lacking to say the least. Cereal, fruit, croissants and bagels, that’s about it. Parking is $15 a day in that garage they tell you to park in. A couple beaches less than 10 minutes away. Nice restaurants around the corner like Cruda and El Taller Taco de Diseño. There’s also a Brazilian steakhouse but we didn’t go there. My daughter has a burrito from Cruda 3 days in a row."

"Pros- clean room, everything worked properly, food in the a al carte restaurants was good (shout out to Jorge in the Italian restaurant. He was sooooo good), entertainment staff were great (particularly Jailen). Cons- the service in the restaurants was TERRIBLE. 90 percent of the time we had to wave over wait staff for water or coffee and most of the time we had to get up and get it ourselves. When you do get their attention, they are slow. Bartenders are understaffed. Many of the staff members from the front desk to some of the a la carte restaurants are rude, unfriendly, and abrasive. "

"Amazing time from start to finish, food was great, lots of options, the hotel has many amenities. The entertainment team were wonderful, muñeco, black pearl, pokemon and Scooby did an outstanding job. "

"We waited too long for the airport shuttle upon arrival. Leaving we were not on the list for the airport shuttle even after confirming with the representative. Thankfully I was pushy and the driver took us anyway. "

"The internet wasn’t great, works only in certain areas and it was slow. We also had flies in our bathroom that appeared to be coming from the drains. I complained about it on the first day but the flies kept coming back. Overall the hotel was great, food was good and the staff were great. "
