"We discovered that we LOVE Casa Marbella, one of the highlights of our visit to Costa Rica this time! Family owned and run, one of the oldest hotels in Tortugero, the Casa Marbella staff provides friendly, expert, and excellent customer service (boat taxi pick up at the airport, guided tours by boat and in the preserve, etc.) The hotel is small, right on the river, and quiet. "My sheets were never changed the week I was there. I only got large towels--initially a set of 2 and asked for a replacement after using one as beach towel. So got 3 for a week.
