Splendide villa à 300m de la plage avec piscine. Les + : - les deux suites parentales avec accès à la piscines - les deux chambres enfants à l’étage avec la salle de bain. - le très grand espace cuisine salon. - la proximité de la plage - la localisation - le grand terrain Les points à améliorer : - l’entretien des extérieurs - la Douche extérieure à réparer. - la terrasse en bois a refaire.
