"The room was larger than normal and the king size bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and having onsite parking was comforting but the airconditioner was noisy and the bathroom, newly renovated was not ery clean, mold in corner of shower etc."

"We enjoyed our stay here at Frankston Motel it was a good little getway for me and my little family for the 4 nights we stayed here. Myself and my 3 year old enjoyed the use of the swimming pool, tennis and basketball court facilities. The service here has been awesome accomodating and providing all our needs, reception and staff have been very friendly and welcoming upon our stay.
