Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Moylegrove at the northern edge of Pembrokeshire

3 Ty Newydd is nestled in the heart of Moylegrove. A picturesque village at the northern edge of Pembrokeshire. The cottage is a quirky homage to the owners style whilst retaining the original cosy cottage feel.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, one twin and one double which both look out over the valley and the trees that surround the cottage. The sound of the nearby river will lull you to sleep in the summer months when the windows are thrown open.

On the ground floor an open plan living space provides light and a relaxed environment to put your feet up after a day of exploring. A small bespoke kitchen and dining space sit opposite the cosy log fire, sofa and TV area.

The exterior is small but perfectly formed, a private space flanked by high hedges gives the feeling of being totally secluded.

The cottage is within a stones throw of the world famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path, and the pretty pebbled cove of Ceibwr. The beach itself is a wonderful place to sit and relax, or if you prefer to get a little more adventurous bring along a paddle board and kayak to see if you can find the famous Witches Cauldron.
