The main strong point for me was location. Beautiful view of the ocean, lovely homes in the neighborhood and quiet! We were there during 4th of July and there was almost no noise except a few bangs and some fireworks in the distance. So appreciated that! Everything is very convenient…..restaurants, beaches, a wonderful Humane Society thrift store and many supermarkets. Besides having the mainstream ones, there’s also Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods close by. Our local favorite was the legendary Seaside Market, where, despite the rental having an extremely well equipped kitchen, one can take out gourmet prepared food from their deli and never have to touch a pot or a pan! Hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Put it all together and It spells….A Perfect Fit! ##### Jodi W. It is comfortable, quiet, spacious, private and well-equipped and perfectly located with easy access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Convenient parking and entry to the apartment. When we return to the Cardiff-Encinitas area we hope to stay in this VRBO apartment again. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. ##### Edie K.
