Fantastic stop over for a concert at ICC Wales. Hotel was such amazing value and quality that I would return again just to stay there for a night even if not going to the ICC!

A really average hotel - cheap room prices are offset with expensive (and average) food & drinks.
A long walk from the carpark to the reception in the rain and a very nice room that hadn't been cleaned properly (biscuit crumbs still on the chairs). The broken toilet seat took too long to repair and overcharged for the poor breakfast the next day.
The staff are pleasant enough. But the shortcomings in the hotel design, layout and food are not enough to tempt me back

I ordered room service and after an hour it still hadn’t arrived so I called only for the woman on the other end of the phone refer to me as man, I had to re-order my food which took 15 minutes but arrived warm at best.

Hotel room was adequate but looked tired, needs a refresh. Bathroom was small and difficult to get into, door opened onto the bath. In staying at the hotel I do not expect to pay to park my car over night (£10) per night, this added charge needs to be clearer when booking.

Cosy and convenient place to stay in the area with a good range of options in terms of room sizes for families. But sadly does have a habit of overlooking little touches and features when busy.

A nice hotel with excellent staff. I booked and paid for the hotel via Expedia but on check-in a further £50 was requested as a holding deposit. Was not advised this would be a requirement and have never been asked for something like that before in any other hotel. Besides that little surprise the hotel is nice, clean and the staff are brilliant.

Hotel nice and comfortable.
Stayed before in 2019 and has changed a lot. Breakfast was basic and some cold and dried up.
The swimming was nice and not too busy

Just a 1 night stay between Christmas & New Year. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant.
We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed on the morning of our departure. However, it was necessary for H & S reasons. The hotel went over and above to apologise by providing breakfast free of charge. The pool was also back up and running just before we departed as promised by the hotel.
Check in and out was easy.
We haven’t visited Celtic Collection hotels for a while as we had felt service and value for money had gone downhill. However, staff at Coldra Court more than made up for it. Hopefully be back soon.

Always a great place to stay, staff are so friendly and always helpful.
Great location to use as a hub, easy access to shops and restaurants and minutes away from M4 if you need to commute further west or east.

my only issues was the pool was too cold for my 20 month old daughter after 30 minutes she was shivering it's usually warm but this time it was 29 ok for me but not for her

Swimming pool and jacuzzi were very good gym staff very friendly receptionists very good dining staff again very good food was delicious 😋 our room was very clean and comfortable, one negative car parking charges i think if you are staying at the hotel it should be free i understand if its a day visitor but no its not right £8-50 each.

Staff friendly it’s Getting a little dated in the rooms and if you book through a 3rd party site they won’t give you a VAT invoice because you did not book through IHG and the company you use will also not give you one as they state you should get one on check out makes it hard for claiming vat as a business.
