Beautiful hotel. Staff was usually nice. Food was poor and drinks, with and without alcohol, were terrible. The water, in the pool and beach, is very cold during this time of year (November).

El lugar es hermoso, tiene una arquitectura para admirar. Las personas que te atienden en términos generales son muy parcas( falta más calidez. La comida no es muy variada pero es deliciosa La limpieza de los cuartos es regular aunque si llamas de inmediato te solucionan. Sus playas son expectaculares.

The food is magnificent. The sailing at Iberostar is amazing as are the sailing staff. The grounds are kept spotless by the hard working and friendly gardeners and the beach is immaculate. Overall I find the staff here just go out of their way to make your stay with them as good as possible.

For the price, it should be better
For how expensive it was, I expected it to be better. Some of the staff were amazing and wonderful, but some of them were very unfriendly and unhelpful to the point of making things uncomfortable. There were usually lines for things... a long line to check-in, a line to get an internet card, a line to make a dinner reservation, a line to get a drink, and oftentimes there were staff just standing around instead of helping the people waiting in the lines. The buffet was large, but seemed messy and unsanitary (for example, you had to use the same serving spoon for multiple different dishes). We only ate at the resort while we were there and both my wife and I got bad diarrhea. The beach out front of the hotel was gorgeous and very clean.

Terrible front desk staff
Terrible front desk staff!! The rest of the staff were great and friendly. Front desk didn’t care to help at all. We had an issue checking in as the front desk said they didn’t receive payment from hotels.com for our reservation and we had to pay. When I told them we had paid through hotels.com they didn’t care . I called hotels.com to straighten things out. The man on the phone asked if I can pass the phone over to the receptionist the reception refused to take the phone saying in Spanish, why would I care to speak to him have him call the hotel. The man on the phone said he did call the hotel but no one answered and asked me to verify the phone number. I kindly asked the lady what the phone number was and she told me I need to count money ask the lady at the other desk. Mind you the lady at the other desk had 9 people around her checking in . It took 4 hours to get everything sorted and we lost a whole day there. Throughout the stay anything you seemed to ask them felt like u were bothering them. Food not great but edible

Beautiful resort, poor customer service
First off, we do love this hotel - the food, people and shows are above average. However the check-in experience was atrocious, leaving my 2 year old crying for 2 hours as they tried to resolve an issue with the guest count on our reservation. The manager on duty (Arnoldo) would not contact Hotels.com to help resolve, instead insisting us to pay $120 / night for our 2 year old, when we told him she was on our reservation. He said he had no way of contacting them, and offered to sell us a wifi card so we could try. In the end, we ended up paying him for 1 night and contacted family and friends back home to call and resolve, which they were able to do pretty easily the next morning. The hotel refunded our costs for the one night and offered us some spa services, which helped, but didn't make us feel much better as we lost a whole day dealing with this. Beyond that, room service answered only 1 day - we tried calling each day (multiple times) while back in the room as our daughter napped.

When we arrived our reservation was messed up. It was supposed to be for 2 people but they only had it for 1 person. Not sure if this was a hotels.com error or an Iberostar error. They also were overbooked for the first night so they wanted us to stay at a near by resort and then decide if on the second day we would stay at the other resort or come back and stay at Iberostar. The gentlemen I spoke with tried to help us but there was nothing available at all and there was very little he could do.

The hotel scammed us. They forced us to take a room at a stupidly high rate for no reason at all. It put a damper on what otherwise could have been a great experience.

모든 식당 밥 다 먹어봤는데 중앙의 뷔페가 젤 맛있습니다!! 한국분들 여기 강추입니다. 공연도 잼나고 바다도 이뿌고 수영장도 좋고 바는 수영장에 딸린 바가 맛집입니다. 피냐꼴라다 하프럼으로해서 잡수세요. 갈 때 텔레그라포호텔에서 여행사버스타고 가는 게 젤 편하실 겁니다.후회없는 선택. 행쇼!!

Гарний готель для романтичного відпочинку. Велика територія, чудовий пляж, фантастична вода.Дуже велика кількість лежаків. Всім було комфортно. Стосовно рівня їжі - це скоріш готель 4*. Але враховуючи умови Куби - я думаю, що це не біда :) Також хочу зазначити, про надання всі гостям готелю ваучерів на користування Wi-Fi протягом 5 годин безкоштовно. Це було дуже приємно та корисно. І звичайно не можу не відзначити рівень бару та перелік алкогольних напоїв. Тут тверда 5!

Bel hôtel, piscine, plage, assez bonne qualité de service dans l'ensemble (sauf certaines personnes de la réception) Un seul problème LE RESTAURANT, bruyant, sombre, vieillot. Je ne parle pas de la nourriture qui propose un large choix correct dans l'ensemble mais c'est la déco et l'ambiance de ce restaurant qui fait fuir. Bonne nouvelle, il va être refait. Les restos de spécialités eux sont satisfaisants

Muito bom!
Hotel está reformadinho e continuam reformando um monte de espaços, não terminaram tudo. A aparência é ótima, a hospitalidade é excelente, todos os funcionários sem exceção muito atenciosos. Encontrei 3 baratas no hotel e tenho pavor de barata, nojo mesmo, mas por incrível que pareça não achei motivo para baixar a pontuação e explico o motivo: o espaço é muito aberto e com muita natureza ao redor, não foi por falta de limpeza. Encontrei uma andando numa poltrona do restaurante Parrilla, outra pequenininha na entrada do meu quarto (entrou por debaixo da porta), uma aranha dentro do vaso, mas a pior e essa eles precisavam resolver, foi uma barata embaixo da chapa do restaurante japones, essa foi inadmissível! Este restaurante precisa ser reformado e reformulado com urgência! Ele é velho, vc sai completamente defumado, cheirando a fritura velha e a maneira que a comida fica exposta e como a chapa é feita é sujo...NÃO VÁ AO RESTAURANTE JAPONÊS! A comida do hotel não é o ponto forte, é comida de resort, igual e sem nenhuma personalidade. O que achei bacana é que tem muitos frutos do mar, sem miséria, lagosta e camarão sempre! Fizeram uma paella gigantesca na brasa no jardim que foi divina, eles sempre armam comidas especiais no jardim da piscina no almoço e isso é super legal. A área que o hotel fica, na minha opinião, é a melhor parte da praia, mar perfeito. Os shows são bacaninhas, a balada poderia não existir pq e ruim. A cama é ruim. Banheiro ok. Internet paga. No geral ok

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, toller Strand. An der ein oder anderen Stelle merkt man die Jahre. Bei dem hohen Preis würde man in anderen Ländern jedoch mehr erhalten. Das erste mal für uns All-in-clusive 2 Nächte. Dass es Specialrestaurants gibt, die schon komplett ausgebucht sind, hat uns negativ überrascht. Das Musikprogramm war eins der schlechtesten in ganze Kuba. Aber wirklich toller Strand!
