  • Character house located on the heights of Quillan, can accommodate 4 people.
    Small village of over 3000 inhabitants nestled at the bottom of the Upper Aude Valley. Nearby you can discover the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne. Many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, nature sports.
    Rest, relaxation, calm await you in this pleasant house.
    The ground floor is composed of:
    - a large living room
    -of a room (double bed)
    -of a bathroom
    - a laundry room
    and the second bedroom (double bed) is upstairs.
    + a garden, a terrace and a veranda area.

Peaceful location overlooking beautiful scenery

Super owners - very friendly and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. Extremely well equipped kitchen, lovely seating areas around the garden and comfortable house. The bathroom was in need of updating but wasn’t a problem for us in the heat of summer. Mosquitoes were a bit of a pain in the evening but the owners provided coils, candles etc to help with this. The view from the top bedroom was magnificent, yet it was only a short stroll to the centre of Quillan. The village itself is delightful and located centrally for day trips to the mountains &/or coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent séjour à Quillan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et propre. Elle est à la fois au calme et très proche à pieds du coeur de Quillan, son château, sa rivière, ses commerces,... lac et nombreuses balades à proximité. Nous avons adoré. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur extrême gentillesse, les cadeaux de bienvenue et l'histoire de la maison. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et ne pouvons que la conseiller.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Quillan, via la charmante maison de famille de Marie Christine. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et à l’écoute, au besoin. La maison est bien équipée. La vue depuis la chambre de l’étage est superbe.

La maison est très bien conçue et ne manque de rien. Le fait d'avoir une chambre et une salle-de-bains situées au rdc est très pratiques pour les gens à mobilité réduite ou pour ceux qui n'apprécient pas trop les escaliers. Les alentours de la maison sont très agréables et spacieux. Tout est agréable et confortable.

La maison est bien située et calme, malgré la proximité de la route menant à l'hôpital, un peu passante en semaine, mais cette même route est aussi le départ d'une première randonnée vers le col de Lasserre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ouverts. On regrette l'afflux de moustiques en fin de journée, heureusement les spirales anti-moustiques sont efficaces.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, une belle attention à notre arrivé qui nous à fait très plaisir. Maison au calme (même avec l'hôpital et la maison de retraite il y a très peu de circulation,cela ne gêne pas du tout). Peut être un peu loin de certaines activités mais tout est faisable en vacances :). Merci pour ce beau séjour.
