A Casa da Chavella, is a luxurious contemporary country house, early last century, completely restored, with garden and pool, near the beach on the Costa da Morte.

It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 levels, with a decoration that blends the best of rustic tradition and modern design.

The house has been recently restored and so the living room with its impressive fireplace, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen ... make your stay at this lodge, a real home of rustic chic.
The entire ground floor is accessible to persons with reduced mobility, good example of that beauty and style are compatible with functionality. On this floor is the large living room with fireplace and TV and WIFI access, divided into 3 main living area, dining room and games and reading area, a fully equipped designer kitchen, 2 double rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility and a full bath also accessible.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 suite with jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with beautiful views.

This kind bucolic retreat with beautiful views of the valley, is in a private estate of 4,000 m2 with a nice garden of 1000 m2 entirely closed. Enjoy your desirable terraces and porches, garden with swimmingpool (has security fence), barbecue and outdoor dining.
This charming home is located on the Costa da Morte, in the village of Verdillo, in a quiet rural setting, close to the best beaches and also well-connected by motorway to A Coruña 20 minutes; Santiago, 35 minutes, 45 minutes Finisterre.

You can walk, hiking, biking, golf, surfing, long walks on horseback or just relax and just 5 minutes from Carballo, the nearest town, with all services, supermarkets, cinemas, spa , medical center, cafes, restaurants, tapas areas ... and even a local market every Thursday and alternate Sundays.

It is a pleasure to enjoy the beautiful scenery within 10 min. the spectacular beaches and Razo Baldayo, part of one of the most important protected natural areas in Galicia, consisting of beaches, dunes, marshes and a beautiful lagoon.

Amazing Holiday

The location of the property was very good allowing easy access for many beaches and towns. The property was immaculate, spacious and well equipped providing a high standard throughout. Fabulous villa in a quiet rural area, but close to the beaches

We cannot give enough praise to Eva and Roberto for being such wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and the care taken to make our holiday special will remain with us all for a very long time. Great house, beautiful region

We had an amazing time in Eva and Roberto’s beautiful house. The house was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Eva’s warm welcome and great recommendations were top notch. Communications were easy and fast. The property is well situated for those wishing to discover Galicia’s northern coast. Highlights: Carballo’s local market, Traba and Rostro beaches, all the amazing seafood restaurants dotting the coast and off course, Santiago de Compostela.

A memory for a life time

From the beginning Eva and Roberto are amazing hosts. For every question they were fast and good helping. The house was in one word: amazing. Every thing is clean, modern, and simply beautiful all the details. Garden is perfect and swimming pool is really nice. When you go with kids it’s just a perfect house. Amasing House!!!

We was 2,5 weeks in this amasing house with the dearest owner we ever met. In the house is nothing to complain. It is furnished with much love and professional competence and taste. We did not miss anything. But we will miss definitly Eva and Roberto, the owners. I don´t know if their hospitality typical galzien-like is or they own kindness. However we love them. June in Carballo

Eva was so nice to wait up for us because our flight was cancelled and we had to arrive into the night. She couldn't be nicer and even stocked the fridge for us. We had little kids and the stores were closed when we arrived and the next day Sunday. The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood on the outskirts of Carballo, with a lovely yard, ample living room, big windows and a nice kitchen. Eva was there to support us with any questions answered and in general was so nice and also sent me an email with lots of information that she took extra time to compose. She and her family renovated the house and she takes great pride in it. The pool was very refreshing, and the washing machine made it easy to wash clothes.

Ein schönes und gemütliches Haus mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Eva und Roberto sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber, sie haben uns viele Informationen gegeben über die Gegend und verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Gegend ist sehr schön mit vielen Ausflugszielen, und das Haus war immer ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort, an den wir abends gerne zurückgekommen sind und wo wir auch einige ruhige Tage verbracht haben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr großzügig und hatten für uns eingekauft (unaufgefordert!), weil wir spät abends angekommen sind und damit wir wenigstens etwas zum Frühstücken am nächsten Tag haben. In ihrer großzügigen Gartenanlage gibt es auch Gemüse aus Bio-Anbau, an dem wir uns bedienen durften. Es gab bei der Ankunft auch eine Flasche Wein aus Galizien und einen Korb voll mit frischem Obst. Die Betten waren bequem, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Grundausstattung in einem gut gepflegten Zustand. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Im Haus sind eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden.Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wir wurden von Roberto und Eva herzlich empfangen, in der Küche fanden wir bereits alles vor: Kaffee, Tee, Früchte, Wasser, Wein, Brot, Empanada…Wir haben den Garten und das Schwimmbad genossen, ein traumhafter Strand ganz in der Nähe zum Schwimmen, Spazieren, Surfen. Beautiful & Peaceful

This is a wonderful home exactly as pictured. Has all you need and more. Wonderful welcome basket and treats and Roberto explained how to use and work everything. Any technical difficulties we had they were there and swift with communication. Truly wanted our stay to be the best and it was. The place is in a small town in the country, so it’s a drive to typical tourist sites but I don’t mind that plus it’s nicer to have space and peace and quiet. My friends and I may want come back again possibly make it a yearly gathering. Oh I wish I could remember the small supermarket name…Albina maybe the strawberries 🍓 best I’ve ever had in my life! My favorite was the room with the tub, I love a nice bath. Too cold for the pool to kids played in the bath which was totally fine. Loved the fireplace and the views from the living room just gorgeous. Very happy with our stay and virtual and personal interaction with the host.

La casa se encuentra situada en un entorno precioso, a 5 minutos del pueblo de Carballo, donde puedes encontrar todo lo necesario (centros comerciales, buenos sitios para comer...). Desde la casa hay unas excelentes vistas y es cómodo el acceso por carretera. La casa por dentro está impecable, con una decoración muy cuidada y con todos los detalles que hacen cómoda su estancia. Uno de nosotros tiene movilidad reducida y pudo manejarse perfectamente en silla de ruedas dentro de la casa. El jardín es grande y muy cuidado y a la piscina le da el sol durante todo el día. Sus propietarios son muy atentos, siempre disponibles para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Además, nos sorprendieron con el detallazo de tener algunas bebidas frías y algún producto de la tierra para degustar. Un amor!!! También nos indicaron sitios preciosos a conocer por la zona y lugares donde comer bien. Qué más se puede pedir? Sin lugar a dudas, recomendamos su estancia. Nosotros, en un futuro, repetiremos!!!

Simplemente como llegar a casa.

La casa maravillosa y llena de detalles. La decoración está puesta con mucho gusto, te sientes como en tu propia casa. Lo mejor de todo los detalles de los propietarios, te dejan todas esas pequeñas cosas de uso obligado gel, champú, papel higiénico, detergente lavadora, lavavajillas etc, etc, sin contar que como bienvenida te llenan una gran cesta de fruta, te ponen algún producto de la tierra y en la nevera te esperan unas cervezas fresquitas y unos refrescos, que más se puede pedir recién llegado de viaje!! El trato de Eva y Roberto es de lo más entrañable, ahí están en todo momento pendientes para hacerte la estancia más agradable todavía si cabe. Muchas gracias a los dos por hacer posible unas navidades inolvidables en familia. Un abrazo, espero que podamos volver a vernos!!

El alojamiento se encuentra exactamente como se representa en las fotos del anuncio. Es una casa espectacular para una escapada en grupo numeroso. Está perfecta, limpia y con todo tipo de detalles. Tiene todo tipo de comodidades, chimenea para tiempo frío, piscina (que no hemos podido usar por el tiempo, pero que esperamos volver a probar en verano), barbacoa, ... La cocina está completa con todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días, y detalle de una cesta de fruta de cortesía (nos ha encantado el detalle!!). Recomendable 100%!

Amazing property not far from beach

The house was better that we could have expected, with thoughtful and contemporary interior design, a nice pool and garden, and was very well equipped. It was only 15 minutes away from beautiful beaches of Razo, and 5 minutes away from Carballo. Amazing welcome from the owners, Roberto and Eva, who provided an overview of the property, a guide to the local surroundings and attractions, and some very thoughtful supplies in the fridge. Definitely a 5/5 stay. We hope to visit this property again.

Wir verbrachten mit 5 Personen einen erholsamen Urlaub in dem sehr gut eingerichteten Haus von Eva und Roberto. Liebevoll dekorierte Zimmer und eine herzliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter verschönerten unseren Urlaub. Danke!

FANTASTICO!!!

Hace años que alquilo casas para las vacaciones, y jamas me habia encontrado con tanta amabilidad, ni una casa mejor preparada. Es la casa en la que todos querriamos vivir. Estoy deseando volver. Muchas gracias por todo, Eva y Roberto !!
