The villa has received the \*\*\*\* classification "Furnished Tourism" issued by the Ministry responsible for Tourism. It is located on a plot of 1000m2 fully enclosed. Built on one level, with accessibility security standards for people with reduced mobility, the villa offers: \-2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds \-1 bedroom with 3 single beds, including 2 pull-out beds \-1 sofa bed in 120 \-1 bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and WC \-1WC independent of the bathroom, with hand basin The very spacious and pleasant living room with the brightness of the room includes: \-a very comfortable living room \-a dining room that can accommodate 8 people It opens onto a large south / south-west facing terrace allowing you to fully enjoy the sun until very late in the evening. The open kitchen, overlooking the living room, is a fitted kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, food processor and Nespresso coffee machine. The villa is of course equipped with internet access and wifi. You can access the sea by a tree-lined path (2 mins walk) or by road. The villa is 3 minutes by car from the center of Carantec and its magnificent beaches. A free bus service is set up in July and August from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. It serves the beaches, shops and restaurants every 15 minutes. A bus stop is located 500m from the property. Carantec is a small seaside resort full of charm with all shops, cinema, nautical center (sailing, windsurfing, canoe / kayak, padell), golf, tennis allowing you to spend excellent holidays What the rental includes: Bed linen and towels (one large and one small per person). The landlady Martine was very nice, helpful and everything worked very well and without complications. Absolutely recommendable, we hope we can come back sometime. Superbe maison qui a entièrement répondu à nos attentes. La propriétaire Martine était très gentille, serviable et tout a très bien fonctionné, sans complications. Jardin bien aménagé et complètement clôturé vous garantissant des vacances reposantes. La propriétaire est acceuillante et de bon conseil. Accès assez centrale si vous voulez découvrir la côte de granit, îles de Brehat), Roscoff (ïle de Bratz) et la côté dorée. ##### Raphaël K. La propriétaire est charmante et à la disposition des vacanciers. Ceci étant, il faut savoir que les photos de l'extérieure date un peu car la maison est entourée 5 maisons dont celle de la fille de la propriétaire mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Par ailleurs, il y a à côté un tres grand camping mais les nuisqances sont quasi-nulles. La plage est effectivement à 700 m de la maison mais ce n’est pas l'idéal pour se baigner. Il faut mieux prendre la navette gratuite à 600 m pour se rendre sur les autres plages. La propriétaire vous explique tout ça à l'arrivée. ##### MOSSE R. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und ist ein Ferienhaus mit einem großen Garten. Es gab einen Grill und zwei großen Esstischen innen und auf der Terrasse. Außerdem gibt es außen noch eine kleine Lounch für 4 Personen. Es gibt ein Bad und ein separates WC. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist groß und bietet wirklich viel Platz. Das Haus wird von der Vermieterin nicht selbst bewohnt. Der Kontakt mit Martine ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Von Carantec aus, kann man gut in jede Richtung fahren. Wir waren an der Pointe du Raz, Mont St. Michel, Cote de granit rose um nur einige zu nennen. Für uns war es eine wunderschöne Zeit. Da wir schon negative Erfahrungen gemacht haben, mit „Ferienhäusern“ in Frankreich, war es uns sehr wichtig, dass wir nicht in ein Haus kommen, welches außer im Sommer vom Vermieter bewohnt ist, in dem die Schränke mit den Klamotten, Bettwäsche, Tischwäsche des Vermieters und alles, was man so hat, im Schrank liegen. ##### Susann C. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben - vollständig ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Martine war immer sehr schnell, sehr freundlich und einfach unkompliziert. Mein Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder Gruß Kirsten und Jürgen ##### Jürgen M. Das gesamte Haus ist sauber und schön (sowie neuwertig) eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet - nichts hat gefehlt oder war alt/ kaputt. Das komplett umzäunte Grundstück (ideal für den Vierbeiner) war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die Terrassenmöbel waren vollständig und unbeschädigt (wir haben es leider schon häufig anders erlebt, weshalb das besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist). Das Auto konnte direkt vor dem Haus auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden - super zum Auspacken nach dem Einkauf. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und gut für Ausflüge aller Art und zum Einkaufen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett (sie sprach auch gut englisch) und unaufdringlich. Fazit: So muss Ferienhaus-Urlaub in der Bretagne sein! ##### Axel K. Nous avons passé une semaine en famille et visité toute la région. L'emplacement est idéal, à 2 pas de la mer et la maison est parfaite.
