This home is conveniently located a few meters from the beach Kelenn and 200m from the town center and church square. Roz Avel has been completely renovated to accommodate 12 people, with at least 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room turned on the sea, and extended by a terrace of 25m2 with a view on sea at 180 °. The house is arranged over 3 floors with at least 6 bedrooms (+ a dormitory of 4 places can be made available) which 3 have double bed and separate balcony with sea view. 2 bedrooms also have water or sink room independent. 3 other bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds. La plage est tout proche pour baignade et éventuelles activités nautiques, un chemin de douanier longe la côte et permet de remarquables promenades à proximité immédiate, et l'accès à d'autres plages (vers l'île Callot, ou à l'opposé vers le château du taureau). On peut déjà faire beaucoup à pied ; le centre bourg aussi est très proche, et je recommande par exemple la galerie Différence qui a une belle sélection de créations de divers artistes et artisans d'art, ou pour les amateurs, le restaurant étoilé de Nicolas Carro. A environ 1.5km (5 min de voiture) le tennis club des 2 baies permet de louer un terrain à l'heure. Je signale 2 réserves mineures : il n'est pas prévu de stationner des voitures sur le terrain (c'est possible facilement au parking de la plage ou rue de Kernilis). L'arrivée comme la sortie ont été gérées par sms, ce qui est toujours moins plaisant qu'une vraie rencontre, sans que des horaires particuliers ne puissent l'expliquer (arrivée 16h30, sortie 9h30), sauf la concomitance avec d'autres entrées sorties. Cependant les échanges ont été faits en amont pour préparer au mieux notre arrivée, les interlocuteurs étaient joignables au besoin, et tout s'est bien passé.
