Perfect layout

We loved the Ark house. Layout was perfect for my family. Lots of space to spread out and to be together too. We enjoyed the beach being so close. The pool was nice too and the hot tub was a nice addition for the colder weather days. The boat dock access was a really nice surprise as we love to boat a few days in the intercoastal. I would highly recommend this property for any family!!

Gulf Front Accommodations with a outstanding Location / View

Town home was just as pictured . we enjoyed the accommodations , the home was well appointed with all the kitchen appliances you would very need. The elevator was extremely helpful for unloading our luggage. Plenty of room to stretch out . Kingfisher properties employees were very helpful giving us 100% personal service on any question we had . Would highly recommend this home and other kingfisher properties . thanks and look forward to booking again on home-away and kingfisher.

Fall Break

The location is what you most enjoy about this property. Amazing that you can literally walk 50 yards and have your toes in the sand. The property was nice as well. Everything that you could possibly need from beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen utensils, etc. We would have liked some extra towels but just meant a load of laundry every night. Overall, we enjoyed the location, if we were to nit-pick at all, the furniture in the living room is minimal and not very comfortable and the outside of the house needs some maintenance but it is a rental property and it's getting pounded by the salt air 24/7 so I am sure that's a tall task. I would not let those things keep you from enjoying the awesome view and literally private beach...priceless.

Beach Heaven

Beautiful property with private beach and heated pool and unbelievable view. Dolphin show everyday. Great kitchen, beds were comfortable and every appliance you can imagine. Very happy.

Great property and we really enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately the pool area was almost completely shaded by overgrown trees the really to be topped. Just so you know the residents had the same complaints. Hopefully management will do something about it , very small area of sun around noon…

We had an amazing time. The view was wonderful. Spotted dolphins playing in the gulf, so near to the shore. A bonding family experience building the memories of a lifetime with daughter, grandkids and my high energy great granddaughter. Grateful that this wonderful place was available for us.

We were a party of 10-6 adults.,3 four year olds and 1 five month old. The upstairs suite worked wonderfully for the family with the baby as they put her travel Buorn crib in a closet and had the toddler in a youth bed ( rented from island rentals ) The views, pool, beach, kitchen and 2 other bedrooms are great. This is a wonderful place for a vacation. We always go to the Caribbean but this is is 2nd best and being able Togo right across the small road in front of the house to the beach. You can walk or ride bikes to the little cute town for a grocery, restaurants, ice cream and some stores.

Very nice house across from the beach.

We enjoyed our time at the ARk. The road is pretty busy however. Decor and cleanliness were just fine. The pool is unusable as it is as hot as a hot tub. This has been an ongoing problem we heard from other renters. Very pretty looking out from the little front deck. Nice to have a cup of coffee out there in the am or a cocktail at sunset.
