Newly Renovated Island Pool Home

"Perfect cottage for perfect vacation in perfect location! We’ve stayed on the island before and loved it. But this place and the owner far exceeded our expectations. Her standards were far greater than my own! We were coached on what to bring & not bring before we arrived. Actually, the only thing you really need is a few changes of clothes and your food items. Pat has thought of everything else - and I mean EVERYTHING! We were met at the dock, given guided tour on way to house, and walked through and shown everything. The house is close to beach. We had a nice parking area and entrance to beach. Loved the beach chairs & umbrella! The beach was nice and it was choppy for surf fishing - but who cares. We ordered fresh fish & shrimp from Boats & Fun. The outdoor griddle was a huge bonus. The pool was wonderful and very secluded & private. The house stayed plenty cool during days and the fans were scattered throughout. We loved the outdoor shower too! As stated above - she had everything we could have wanted and needed. Next time I may just pack a backpack! Thanks Pat for sharing the Cottage with us and giving us time to answer questions and help us out. We will see you in 2027!"

"The house is slightly dated and would benefit from some minor cosmetic upkeep. The 5 ensuite, king size bedrooms were spacious. And the screen enclosed pool with overflow hot tub along with the shuffleboard, pool, and fooseball tables provide for abundant entertainment. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, general store, and beach access within 5-10 minute walks. Great Location."

"What a gem of a place! The property is beautiful with lush new landscaping. The view from the patio in listing is old and even more incredible looking now. Walks to the beach easy. Sunsets are beautiful."

"We loved this condo and property! It comes with a golf cart. It is in a gated area. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. It has a washing/dryer, coffee pot, and espresso machine, fridge, stove, and many other amenities. 2 pools on site. Short walk to the beach. Beach is almost private. Tennis courts. Marcus is a wonderful host with great communication. It’s just an amazing place to stay, especially for the price! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!"

"Hosts Bob & Wendy are top notch & super accommodating. If there’s anything you need & it’s not at the house just ask & they’ll find a solution. Communication was the best we’ve ever experienced with any VRBO. They cheerfully greeted us with every interaction and made our stay so much easier. The house was well stocked & accommodated 3 generations just fine."
