Gorgeous 3 Bedroom house close to the Beach!

  • **** Gorgeous 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath house with a very large kitchen off living room with TV and WiFi. The kitchen table sits next to a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard deck which is shaded by a large avocado tree. The backyard offers privacy. Across the hall from the laundry room is the half bathroom.

    Next,Inside is a master bedroom / bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that easily holds two adults there is also a shower with dual shower heads. The den is on the other side of the staircase, it has a new queen size sofa bed. It’s location avoids foot traffic from the main rooms downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the second bathroom with a large shower. The front bedroom has a balcony that offers moderate seclusion.
