It is located in the center of the island allowing easy access between Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre. Les propriétaires ne nous l'ont jamais fait savoir que ce soit dans les commentaires ou sur les photos....Nous n'étions pas seuls car lorsqu'ils recevaient leurs amis , nous devions parfois rentrer dans le logement ou fermer les portes car ils parlaient un peu trop près de notre logement et cela nous dérangeaient . De plus, dans les avis, on lit que les vacanciers sont accueillis avec des plateaux de fruits ou des fleurs mais pas nous. Apparemment il s'agit de leur amis qui viennent durant les mois de juillet et aout. il y a également eu une longue panne d'électricité dans tout le voisinage qui a duré plus d'une journée, ce sont les voisins qui nous ont gentiment apporté des cafés chauds ainsi que des boissons fraiches , le proprio ne sachant que nous conseiller d'acheter des pizzas ou, à plusieurs reprises, nous précisant que l'on pouvait reprendre l'avion si on voulait et que cela ne le dérangerait pas . J'ai personnellement trouvé cela trés cavalier de sa part et vraiment pas commercial . Après cet épisode de panne électrique le proprio ne nous a pratiquement plus adressé la parole. Voilà, je pense que la moindre des politesses est d'informer que nous cohabiterons sur le même terrain ##### Bernadette B. Coupe garnie de fruits sur la table, propreté en tous points du lieu, disposition optimale des pièces. Batterie de cuisine, vaisselle et couverts très complets, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, Wifi, salle de bain équipée. Au lever le lendemain, un superbe panorama ouvrant sur la verdure environnante, le proche littoral de la Basse-Terre et la côte sud de la Grande-Terre. Fraîcheur agréable apportée par la caresse continue des Alizés, calme des alentours, pas d’aboiements et des chants de coq très discrets car lointains… La plage de Roseau est toute proche, au bas de la côte des poissonniers exposent la pêche de la nuit, presque en face de chez le boulanger. Non loin, à Goyave un centre commercial et des marchands de fruits et légumes. Sans parler de la très discrète mais sympathique présence de Marcel et Gaëtane qui veillent à la beauté et la netteté du jardin. Ne reste plus à chacun qu’à organiser le séjour à sa guise.
