Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

You will hear the ceiling creak from guests above you. The toilet paper was difficult to access because of where it is mounted. The bathtub/shower has a fairly high wall to step over and there are no hand hold bars. The breakfast buffet is kinda sparse but what they are serving was fairly good. Other than the occasional floor creak it was quiet and peaceful.
I would probably stay there again.

"A mixed stay, initial check in was slow and lacked any enthusiasm which often sets the tone for the stay. Upon entering our room it hadn't been set up correctly, I.e. 2 adults and one child. No bed set up for child. I rang reception and received no answer. So went back down and was told that when ..."
