Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: Indoor Areas This charming home has a master bedroom with ensuite, plus two other bedrooms that share the modern main bathroom, a renovated open plan kitchen with a sun filled living and dining room. Outdoor Areas The home features an extended covered deck overlooking a spacious sun filled garden and an enclosed rear yard - perfect for children and pets. The garage is not for guest use, but there is plenty of parking available in front of the garage and on the lawn outside of the tree line. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, small fridge (and a second large fridge in the store room), dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living area, and a portable fan in the store room. The home also has 2 queen sized and 2 single electric blankets as well. Bedding Configuration This home has 4 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: Two Single beds Bedroom 3: One Queen bed Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and great large updated ensuite, the other queen bed was also comfortable and main bathroom was freshly updated as well. It’s located on a large corner block and so close to the beach, loved the front verandah ate all our meals there the roof and awning extends to shade the whole area! However, if you’re taking your dog there’s no shade in the enclosed backyard and you can’t see the dog from inside the house and there’s no direct access. We never went into the backyard except to use the clothes line. We spent the whole time either on the front verandah or under the great shady trees out the front and as we had our dog another downsize was that we had to have her on a long leash to have her with us as there’s no front fence, or keep a really close eye on her 24/7 as Panorama drive is quite busy and there’s rabbits around and she tried to chase them onto the road hence the requirement for a lead just need to warn others about no fence!!! We had a few close calls! I’d recommend a gate on the verandah that would help with keeping the dog safe! The front of the property is beautifully shaded and you can sit under the trees and read a book, or have a meal on the other outdoor table and chairs or just relax. 2 x mini fridges and a mini freezer we’re ample for us!
