Charming cottage on Chaumont Bay, pet friendly, kayaks, dock, ICE FISHING
8/10 Good
"We really enjoyed the peace of the property and the area. Check-in was easy, and access was a breeze. Very nice older home and enough space for everyone we had. We were warned of the bugs around the lake, but we did learn firsthand that if you leave a window cracked at dusk and a light on, you will be visited by a lot of bugs. Other than the local bugs, the stay was peaceful and needed for our family. The smaller kayaks were a nice addition that we did not have to rent, and we used them a lot. The larger kayaks were too filled with spiders to use, though. We used the kitchen every day, and it was so well stocked, the beds were so comfortable, we slept like never before, it seemed. Well-kept and well-prepped house. Would recommend it to others coming to the area."
"Absolutely perfect. House was clean, spacious, comfortable, and only 10 minutes away from any shopping you might have to do. The dock was perfect to watch boats and birds pass by. Fire pit was perfect for making s'mores at night. The only problem I had was we didn't book it for longer lol"
"It’s an amazing place! Lots to do around the property and the homes are just like being in your own we had a huge 5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms they are clean modern beautiful views all around thanks for the stay! We will return great people who work there and Own it! "
"The location on the water is amazing, and the house is even better in person than in the pictures. The house is spacious and the main living area has wonderful floor to ceiling views. We had a great time here and our dog especially loved playing in the water. "
