It was an easy walk to Main Rd for coffee/food/shopping and the Sea Point Promenade is just another few minute walk from Main Rd. It couldn't be a more perfect location with incredible ocean and Sea Point views as well as a view from the kitchen of Lion's Head and the top cable car house. Well worth the stairs. There was even plenty of space - and chairs - for having friends to dinner to enjoy the amazing sunsets. The flat has the usual Cape Town problem of windows that don't seal, so the wind literally whistled through at times. Extra blankets were much appreciated. But winter afternoons were often warm enough to enjoy from the balcony. We felt very lucky to spend our time in Cape Town here. ##### Leah M.
