A one bedroom townhouse in an ex underwear factory in the very trendy Dunkley Square. The property is part commercial / part residential with a 24 hour guarding / concierge service.
The house comprises one bedroom and one full bathroom with both a bath and shower. There are two separate toilets on two of the levels of the property.
The house has it's own private roof terrace with commanding views of Table Mountain.
It is located approximately 5 minutes by car from the beach, the Waterfront, Parliament, Table Mountain.
