Fully equipped. Covered terrace, large garden, in the garden next door a swimming pool. Your neighbors and landlords are Dutch. The apartment has a wonderful view of the Falsbaai and the surrounding area. Beach, golf and village within walking distance. Simonstadt is near Cape of Good Hope, at about 750 meters there is a wonderful white beach where you can admire the penguins, snorkeling can also be made very pleasant due to the quiet location of the beach with little wind. Our host was very flexible in light of these unfortunate circumstances - and for this we are very grateful. We are looking forward to our stay in December 2021. ##### Olaf S.
