This Luxurious Loft Apartment located in the heart of the CBD offers
accommodation in a lifestyle node where you can meet, shop, taste, explore, and stay. Perfectly located within the cultural quarter of the city, near the lush greenery of The Company Gardens. Modern, yet rooted in heritage, it is from here that you truly get a sense of Cape Town at its best. Just a scenic 10-15 minute drive to Table Mountain and the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

The space

The apartment has been completely renovated with modern furnishing,
appliances and finishes throughout. A lot of thought and consideration
has gone into making the space the perfect base from which to explore
the city, mountains, and beaches. The building features a communal pool
deck, gym, 24/hour security access control, and secure covered
parking.

The main bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed, and a modern, new
