The apartment has a breathtaking view of Table Mountain and is minutes away from the city center, V&A Waterfront shopping district and the Sea Point promenade. The Space The apartment is modern and elegantly furnished in a secure apartment building with secure parking and a 24-hour reception. The apartment is bright and easily accommodates two people. There is a single bedroom, bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and lounge.There is uncapped WiFi and there is a 50" television with DVD and DSTV television package. The kitchen is well designed and well equipped. Is always possible to access the Gym inside the building. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire apartment, the uncapped WiFi, DSTV television package and the resident secure parking bays. The Neighborhood The apartment is in walking distance of the city center and the Cape Quarter shopping district with its famous stores, restaurants, yoga studios, cross training gyms and a fencing salle. A short drive away is the Green Point Urban Park, the V&A Waterfront shopping district and the famous Sea Point promenade which hosts art and all sorts of outdoor fitness activities. The Cape Town Stadium is close by and often hosts international sports and music events.
