Welcome to One Thibault, a designer studio in the CBD that DOES NOT
EXPERIENCE LOADSHEDDING. This apartment is located in Cape Town's
walkable urban centre which is a treasure trove of trendy coffee shops,

aesthetic with warm touches. Enjoy breathtaking views of Table Mountain
and the city, just steps from the Cape Town International Conference
