The Space

This spacious villa is designed for comfortable group living, with two
levels offering generous space to relax, work, entertain, and unwind.
The main living level features a large open-plan lounge and dining
area, with two separate lounges providing plenty of space for guests to
spread out. The main lounge includes a TV and built-in fireplace, while
the second lounge also features a TV, DSTV, and air conditioning. A
dedicated study with a desk, copier, and Wi-Fi router provides a quiet
workspace when needed, while the dining table seats up to 10 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features built-in appliances, including a
double oven, built-in fridge and freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, double
sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and wine cooler. A pantry and
additional storage area provide plenty of space for longer stays and
self-catering.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature their own en-suite
bathrooms. The main bedroom offers a super king-size bed, extensive
cupboard space, TV, DSTV, and access to the wraparound upper balcony.
Its spacious en-suite bathroom includes a shower, bath with shower
head, toilet, bidet, and double basin. The second bedroom features a
queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the
third bedroom is ideal for children or groups, with four single bunk
beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom
features a king-size bed, TV, Netflix, extensive cupboard space, and an
en-suite bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower.

The villa's outdoor spaces are a major highlight, with a large private
swimming pool surrounded by a generous wraparound garden. The upper
level also features a long wraparound balcony accessible from the main
bedroom and upper passage, providing additional outdoor space to enjoy
the peaceful residential setting.

The property also has inverter and battery backup power for most of the
home, helping keep the villa comfortable during power interruptions,
although high-load heating appliances and stoves are excluded from the
backup system.

To ensure a seamless and comfortable experience, the home is supported
by a dedicated live-in Housekeeper. The housekeeper provides daily
turndown service, including bed-making and general day-to-day cleaning
such as dishes. Please note that laundry, ironing, and babysitting
services are not included.
