Good morning, for some time I thought there was something wrong with our review button on Expedia and never replied to this response. Only realise now that you gave us a flat one out of five without any explanation or review. It is unbearable to think that Expedia is the only site that allows one score for the whole experience. There is nothing constructive about reviews like these as we will never know how horrific and why you experienced such a terrible stay to give us such a terrible score. All over all the sites we have climbed up with tremendous service, staff scores, breakfast, cleanliness - 5/5. We would love to hear from you in an email as it is considered a shattering experience to be judged 1/5 without a comment added. I hope Expedia made sure that you actually stayed here and that you will have the gall to let them know what is so horribly wrong with Klein Welmoed.

Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt auf diesem schönen Anwesen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, Karen versorgte uns mit tollen Ausflugstips und Empfehlungen zu Resraurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wunderschönes ruhiges Anwesen
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf dem Weingut. Die Anlage ist wirklich beeindruckend: super gepflegt, toll angelegt und sehr groß (30 Min. Morning Run ohne das Gut zu verlassen sind kein Problem). Die Zimmer sind etwas klein (2 Personen haben Probleme ihre Koffer unter zu kriegen) aber sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Zudem gab es in unserem Fall keine Dusche, sondern "nur" eine Wanne, was das Duschen ein Wenig umständlich macht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Gut an sich verwöhnt mit absoluter Stille und einem wahnsinnigen Ausblick. Abends kann man den Gemeinschaftsraum mit Sofas und Büchern nutzen und den Kamin anfeuern. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Dear Kim, thanks you so much for sharing your experience with everybody, and your lovely feedback. Room sizes: We agree that rooms 2 and 3 are our smallest standard size rooms. We utilized our space available, as best as possible. Room 2 bathroom only left the builders with space to install a bath tub with the original old window which allows for a beautiful garden view while bathing, and does have a hand shower. Rooms 1 and 4, as well as the cottages, are definitely a better option when it comes to needing more space, especially for a long stay, as we wish that you will pay us a return visit again. Sehr schönes Guesthouse - leider ohne Happy End
Eigentlich ist das Weingut sehr schön. Etwas abgelegen, aber man dafür ruhig.....sollte man meinen. Leider ist dem in unserem Fall nicht so gewesen. 2 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern machten jeglichen Versuch sich zu erholgen zunichte. Schon beim Frühstück herrscht so ein hoher Lärmpegel, dass man sich kaum unterhalten kann. Später machen diese Familien dann die gesamte Fläche am Pool für alle anderen Gäste unbrauchbar. Rücksicht ist für diese Familien ein Fremdwort. Die Leitung des Guesthouses interessiert sich leider nicht dafür. Man mischt sich nicht ein, man denkt das das die Gäste ja unter sich regeln können. So etwas ist keine Kundenorientierung. Man sollte sich vielmehr überlegen, was für eine Art Gäste man haben will. Wenn in der Hotelbeschreibung steht, dass man einen ruhigen und erholsamen Rückzugsort und eine Oase der Stille bietet, dann sollte man vielleicht nicht Familien mit Kleinkindern als Gäste aufnehmen. Da ist Ärger vorprogrammiert. Die Beschwerde wurde zur Kenntnis genommen aber sonst auch nichts.....für 130 € die Nacht kann man auf jeden Fall mehr erwarten.

Prachtige locatie, goed verzorgd, mooie kamer. Bediening van de receptie laat te wensen over. Paar keer moeten aanbellen voor we reactie kregen en naar binnen konden rijden. De bike&wine chauffeur, had de volgende dag hetzelfde probleem.
