Grosvenor Villa - Tranquility at the Sea
A beautiful, modern and newly renovated modern home with large windows and double doors leading out onto the large wooden deck offering magnificient views of False Bay and the Muizenberg Mountains over Simon’s Town Harbour. The villa features a classic open plan designed lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and four en-suite bedrooms with high quality linen. The main house upstairs sleeps 6 and 2 in the spacious and separate apartment downstairs.
Grosvenor Villa is situated a short walk from the village centre where one can browse through many shops and enjoy good restaurants as well. Book a kayak trip and paddle to Boulders Beach - perhaps spot a whale on the way, snorkel with seals or book a great white shark diving trip. There are beautiful hikes right on our doorstep and of course the exquisite Cape Point 20 minutes away.
