This 1-bedroom loft is situated on a quiet road in the beautiful part of Claremont, and has a fantastic view of the Table Mountain.  
  
This spacious loft apartment offers an upstairs bedroom with king size bed via a spiral staircase. There are two bathrooms; one en suite with a bath, and the other one is downstairs with a shower.  
  
Granite top full kitchen with Smeg appliances, microwave, fridge oven & hob and washer dryer.
