This Royal Ascot estate is nice and quiet with 24 hour security patrols and CCTVs in the streets. Secure area that is close to everything, for kids and adults. Safe morning and afternoon walks or runs. Well manicured gardens and several Jungle gyms for kids. One of the best suburbs in Cape Town. This Holiday Home is 14 minutes drive to Canal Walk Mall which is the largest mall in Cape Town, the third-largest shopping center in Africa. The Atlantis Dunes are 30 minutes’ drive. Uber or Bolt rides are always 1 or 2 minutes away. A 15 minutes walk to the Paddocks shopping center that have several restaurants which includes M&B, Wimpy and Ocean Basket. It is also close to the MyCiti Bus services.
