The location is minutes from the beach and only seconds from the shops and nightlife. The house itself is spectacular - spacious, super clean, nice furnishings & modern appliances, all the amenities you could want. It has really nice, spacious porches and a separate living room and dining room area too - It's a very roomy stay. The location puts you right next to places you'll want to be - steps from the Washington Mall, Cape May Boardwalk, the Convention Center, many Restaurants. It's also a very short ride up to Sunset Beach, Cape May Lighthouse, the Parks, Nature preserve, and Cold Springs village. What really puts it over the top though is the property's private driveway with 2 parking spaces. You can just leave the car(s) there, walk out the door, half-a-block down, and you're at the Washington Street mall, or go about a block-and-a-half in the other direction and you're on Beach Ave and the Boardwalk! Anyone who has driven down on the weekend and had to find/pay for parking knows why that's a big deal. Plus, the host Steve is super kind and helpful. Super clean, very spacious, and all of the comfort amenities you could think of are included. Has a private driveway & parking with a modern and stylish interior and furnishings. The host Steve was also super helpful and friendly. Lastly, the location is truly Amazing - great dining is literally steps away from your front door and the Washington Mall & Commons, Congress Hall, Cape May Convention Center, and the Boardwalk are all within a 5–7-minute walk. Cape May Lighthouse, Sunset Beach, and Cape May Point Park & wildlife area are all less than a 10-minute drive away. This year we wanted to try a new place and this house did not disappoint! The house itself was beautiful - inside and out; well appointed, clean and a perfect location for going to both town and the beach. We never had to drive anywhere! The dining room and window seat were our favorite room - with a race to see who could claim the window seat first when we’d return from being out. The side porch was lovely for coffee in the morning and reading in the afternoon. Our only complaint was the temperature difference between the basement bedrooms and the main floor living room/bedroom. A few extra blankets were needed downstairs. It is spacious for 8 people, and well maintained. The location is perfect for walks to the beach, restaurants, Washington St Mall, and other Cape May landmarks.
